ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER: Up to £35k per year
Ormskirk Market is looking to hire an Assistant General Manager to work side-by-side with our General Manager and the team, to help us deliver memorable experiences in the Market.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue, with your focus areas and experience being the customer journey and maximising sales. You will drive the business forward and bring our market atmosphere and service to life by engaging and leading the team on customer facing hospitality, table touches, brand standards and speed of service.
BAR MANAGER: Up to £32k per year
Ormskirk Market is looking to hire a Bar Manager to work side-by-side with our General Manager and the Ormskirk Market team to help us deliver memorable experiences across all areas of the Market.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Bars. Your main focus is to drive the wet business forward and bring our drinks offering and bar service to life by engaging and leading the rest of the team. You will be responsible for maintaining a motivated team, driving sales, brand standards and speed of service on the bar.
HEAD HOST: Up to £14 per hour
