ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER: Up to £35k per year
We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to work side-by-side with our General Manager and the team, to help us deliver memorable experiences in the Market.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue, with your focus areas and experience being the customer journey and maximising sales. You will drive the business forward and bring our market atmosphere and service to life by engaging and leading the team on customer facing hospitality, table touches, brand standards and speed of service.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. You must be able to work weekends.
